Terms of service

These terms are between your business and Scaleify, 203 Kendall Drive, Georgetown, KY 40324 ("we"), for use of ScaleifyCRM. By creating an account or using the service, your business agrees to them.

Your account

• Each company account includes up to 3 people who can sign in. Every person needs their own login.
• Keep passwords and authenticator codes private. Tell us right away if you think an account was misused.
• The account owner decides who has access and what role they have.

Your data

Your business owns the customer data it puts into ScaleifyCRM. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export your leads at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

Texting and calling customers

You are responsible for getting your customers' permission before texting them and for following texting and telemarketing laws (such as the TCPA) and carrier rules. ScaleifyCRM only sends customer texts to people marked as having agreed, includes opt-out wording, and records opt-outs, but you must record consent truthfully.

Google Ads and other connected accounts

If you connect Google Ads or another service, you confirm you're allowed to, and that service's own terms also apply. Conversion data is uploaded only to your own account.

Fair use

• Don't use ScaleifyCRM to send spam, store data you have no right to, or break the law.
• Don't try to get into another company's data, test the security without our written OK, or overload the service.
• We may suspend an account that puts other customers or the service at risk, and we'll tell you why.

Payment

Pricing is agreed with you before you start. We never store card numbers in ScaleifyCRM. If an account goes unpaid, we may pause it after giving notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ScaleifyCRM running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Scaleify isn't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what your business paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you can export your data for 30 days; then we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
