Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
ScaleifyCRM is run by Scaleify, 203 Kendall Drive, Georgetown, KY 40324 ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions: info@scaleify.io.
Two kinds of data
- Account data about the people who use ScaleifyCRM: name, email, phone, role, sign-in and two-step sign-in records, and an activity log of changes they make.
- Customer data that a business puts into its CRM, such as its own leads' names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, move details, quotes, notes and the ad click IDs that came with a website lead. The business that collected it owns it. We process it only to run the service for that business.
Demo requests
If you ask for a demo, we keep what you send us (name, email, phone, business, message) to contact you about it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't collect or store payment card numbers.
- We don't let one business see another business's data. Each company's records are separated inside the database.
Text messages
A business can text its own staff when a new lead arrives. It can text a customer (for example, a review request after a move) only if that customer agreed to texts. Every customer text says how to opt out by replying STOP, and opt-outs are recorded and honored.
Google Ads
When a business connects Google Ads, a booked job that came from an ad click can be sent to that business's own Google Ads account as an offline conversion (the click ID, the conversion name, time and job value). This is reviewed before each upload and is not shared with anyone else.
Service providers
We use these companies to run ScaleifyCRM. They only get what they need to provide their part:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and backups
- Vercel: hosting
- Twilio: sending text messages
- n8n: connecting website forms and text messages
- SendGrid (Twilio): sign-in and invite emails
- Google: Google Ads conversion uploads, when a business turns this on
Security
Everyone signs in with a password and an authenticator app code. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by company and role, and changes are recorded in an activity log that can't be edited.
How long we keep it
Customer data is kept while the business uses ScaleifyCRM. When a business closes its account, we delete its customer data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer. A business can export its leads at any time.
Your choices
If a business using ScaleifyCRM has your information, contact that business first. You can also email us at info@scaleify.io to ask about, correct or delete information, and we'll work with the business to handle it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell account owners about important changes.
